My visiting teacher gets duck eggs every year and incubates them at home. This year, we were lucky enough for her to bring them over to our house for a little visit.
The crazies were in heaven.

Annie was a little bit nervous at first, but by the end, she was holding them like a champ!

Jo Jo did well. She was a little bit nervous as well, but not nearly as much as Annie.

I thought for sure Ty was going to destroy those ducks. She kept picking them up, yelling, holding them by the neck, You know, the things that little tykes do to poor animals. :)

It took me back to when I was younger and had pet ducks. I loved those ducks.

ENJOY THE SMALL THINGS!

Your children touching live animals? Now I have seen everything!
Cute ducks, I wanna pet 'em.
And I want to pinch the little cheeks of your blondie.
Why are your other kids looking like little girls instead of babies?
Cute! I can't believe that the twins actually held them, aren't they scared of everything?
I remember the ducks that you had, didn't they end up thinking they were chickens?
Soooooo cute!
I loved our ducks! They were so much fun! I am very impressed the girlies held them! They must be growing up or something!!!
