Camping

We had our 1st Robison Family Reunion in Oak City this past weekend. It was a lot of fun. We got there on Thursday and the first one to get hurt was of course Scarlett. She was climbing on the picnic table and fell off onto her head. I don't have a picture of it, but my mom does. Her face was so dirty! She has some scratches on her forehead and I don't know if the somewhat black eye is from that or something else. :)

We played horseshoes, badminton, and dot-dot. Dot-dot is kinda like hide-n-go-seek, but a crazier more fun game. I played a couple of games until I got hurt. Everyone got a kick out of watching me play, trying to run 8 months pregnant up and down hills. The first game was a lot of fun and I'm surprised at how well I did. The 2nd time wasn't so successful, and the 3rd game I tripped on a rock and slid down a hill and hurt my wrist and my knees. Needless to say I didn't play anymore after that. Actually Brent also got hurt playing dot-dot and mom got hurt (she 'pulled a bone') playing horseshoes.

My dad knew a guy that was also camping up there and he had some horses, so he brought one over and took all the kids for a ride. They absolutely loved it!!

Hawley

Hawley afterwards--she was totally excited.

Here are a few pics of the weekend.

It was a good time and I'm glad that everyone was able to attend. Can't wait until next time.

Randomness...

A couple weeks ago, we got the girls a wagon. They love it and always want to go for walks.

On Saturday, Dan went out to wash the car and we had the girls go out and help (I didn't get any pics of them--just some video). They were so cute and had so much fun. They played so much in the water, that they were completely wet and we had to take their clothes off before we went into the house. When we were done with that, I got them their first popcicles (they always have otter pops) and they were so excited.

I did their hair today kinda different then the normal ponytail that I do. It turned out cute, so I took pictures.

Hawley has such a cute smile. I can always get her to smile, but Scarlett has a little harder time smiling.

Scarlett is going through a phase where she wants to ALWAYS wear sunglasses. When she wakes up in the morning the first thing she does is get her 'fip fop' (flip flops) on and then she looks for her 'eyes' (glasses). She is so hilarious!

Having fun...

without breaking anything. There are some days when I really think that I am going to have to go to the hospital for a broken bone or needing stiches. Luckily, I haven't had to go so far, but I'm pretty sure that with how crazy the girls are, I will be going sooner than I would like. This video isn't as stuntly as some of the things that they do.

Summer Swimming

We finally got out our swimming pool this week and we have had some fun swimming in it. The girls do well taking a nap because they know that afterwards we can go out and play in the water.
Today, Zoey got into the pool and then pretty quickly got back out and just sat on her towel. I don't know if she is being like her mother and wanting to get tan or if she just didn't want to play in the water. The girls had fun just laying and splashing.

Traveling the States

This is kinda cool to be able to see it colored in even though I know where I have been and all (the blue being the states I have actually been in). The furthest I have been is to Illinois (to see the church sites) and that was for a family vacation when I was probably 14. That was a fun trip!
Obviously I really like the west coast! It has been good to me so far. :) I really do want to go back east at some point, but until then, I will just have to have that on my to do list.

35 Weeks

I only have 5 weeks left. HURRAY!!!!! We had a Dr. apt this morning and the girls were able to go with us and hear the heart beat. They got so excited. Things are going well. I am right on track and everything looks fine. Other than the normal pregnancy issues, I feel pretty good. I still have a lot to do to get ready for this baby, but I still have a little bit of time.

If you still want to guess what the sex and date will be, you still have time. There will be a prize for the winner.

Hope everyone is doing well. And to Cody, get well fast and be careful!!!!

More racing and My Men!

Dan ran the Firefighters 5K Saturday morning. He did a little bit better than the last one he ran (he has been getting bad cramps in his feet and calves, so it wasn't as good as he wanted it to be) and he is planning on running one on the 24th of July--for Pioneer Day. He placed 102nd with over 300 participants. Good job Dan!! I don't think that I could run to the end of the driveway--I'm so out of shape.

Well he got a shirt and a bandana for running and the girls are loving the bandana. Here are a few pics of them enjoying it. Zoey looks like she is completely zoned out of this universe.

I don't have any pics of Dan running, because I wasn't able to go watch him--hopefully next time, if I am not in the hospital. I'm proud of him for doing all these charity runs (I absolutely love giving to others when I can).

Since I never got around to writing on Father's Day, I will do so now. Dan is such an amazing dad. He is so cute with the girls and when I see him play with them, it makes me so happy. It is probably my most favorite part of the day, to see him wrestling with them and just having a fun time. He has always been there for everything. Thanks Dan for being such a good Dad. You truly are an amazing man. I am blessed to have you as my husband.

I should also thank my Father-in-law for being such a good Dad. He has raised a good family and he is a good example to all of us. He is a pretty crazy guy and I love him tons. Thanks for raising Dan to be such a good dad and husband!

I also want to thank my Dad for being the best role model ever. He is such a terrific guy and I can't think of anyone else that could have gone through all the things that he has gone through and still have such a wonderful outlook on life and such a love for all his crazy children. He is by far the best Dad and I love him so much!! Thanks for all you do for us and for being such a good example! (I obviously need to get a new pic of just my dad and I. This is the most recent. It is our 4 generation picture. Isn't my Grammy the cutest thing ever!?)

To all the men in my life, I love you so incredibly much. Thanks for all that you do for me and my family! I don't think that I could have been more blessed!

2. I was working at Wal-Mart.
3. I was dating Kevin.
4. I lived with Sarah in the crazy basement!

4 thing I did yesterday...
1. Celebrated my 4 year anniversary!!

4 shows I watch regularly...
1. The Bachelor or Bachelorette
2. So You Think You Can Dance
3. Jon and Kate plus 8
4. KBYU and/or The Disney Channel--The kids love those channels.

I would tag more people, but I think everyone has pretty much done this one.

4 years....

Yesterday was our 4 year anniversary. It is pretty crazy that it has already been 4 years, but it has been a fabulous 4 years. I am so lucky to have the best husband! Here is a pic of our wedding day. (The best one I have on my computer.)

Dan took the day off to be with me (what a nice husband). We didn't really do anything, because we had 3 crazy kids to deal with. I gave Dan his gift (the nike+ thingy) and then we went to eat and did a little bit of shopping and then we drove around for a bit. The girls are all in swimming right now, so we came home and got ready for that and while we were waiting to leave the girls got just a touch crazy--as you can see in the video.

Crazy!!! from Tiffany on Vimeo.

After swimming, Jenna and Dustin came over to watch the girls again (thanks you guys!!!) and Dan and I went out to eat. We went to Magleby's. It was really good food and good company. We then went to the mall and Dan got me one of those really cute 'flirty aprons'.

We got home around 9 and when we got home the kids were still all up because they were crazy hyper. We chatted for a bit and then Jenna and Dustin left and we got the girls to bed. It was a very calm and relaxed day and I'm grateful for all that Dan did for me.

Baby, I love you so much and I'm glad that we are still so happy together. You are an amazing man and I can't wait for the rest of our lives! You make me incredibly happy--THANKS!!! I LOVE YOU!!!

Out with the old, in with the new!

So we finally were able to sell our car to a nice family! YEAH!!! Dan was so excited to get our new car that he went and got everything all set before we even had the check from our sale. He is so funny that way--he can't wait for anything!!! He came home and we did a few things and then we went to the dealer to have me sign the papers. After that was done with we put the car seats in it and I drove it home. It really is a nice car and I'm excited to have it. I don't know that I'm too excited to fill it up with gas, but we can't really do it any other way.
It is a 2008 Acadia.

Oh and by the way, if you can see the screen, we had to get the entertainment package. DVD's are so incredibly wonderful. I don't know how my parents handled 6 kids crying, fighting, and being insane on our 12 hour trips to Washington. Mom and Dad, you are troopers FOR SURE!!!!!

The Park

Saturday we went to the park for a little bit. Of course they had a blast, they always do. Scarlett even made a new friend, Kara. Kara was always helping Scarlett go up and down the slides and ladders. But Hawley is by far the brave, crazy monkey, she will try anything.

The Anniversary Inn

Since our Anniversary is on a Wednesday this year, we did our thing this weekend. It was Dan's year to plan everything, but since I am pretty pregnant, we didn't want to go anywhere big or far away. Dan got us a room at the Anniversary Inn (which I found out about, because I do the bills and saw it on the statement), but I didn't know the room we were going to stay in, so there still was a little bit of a surprise. We stayed there on our 1st anniversary, so it was nice to go back and experience another room.

We left later than we were going to because I was having a rough day with the kids and hadn't showered by the time Dan got home. I also had a little bit of a melt down when he did get home, so I took an extra long shower to relax and calm down. Jenna, Dustin, and Zoey spent the night at our place so they could watch the girls for us. We are very grateful for their help. Thanks you guys, you are awesome!

We are going out to eat on our actual anniversary, so we just did Hogi Yogi for dinner before we headed up to SLC. The room that we stayed in was the Italian Gondola room and it was pretty cool. Dan had them put rose petals on the floor and set out a spa package kit with oils, bath salts, etc... We ate our cheesecake and drank a little sparkling cider while sitting in a gondola. It was very romantic and nice to be with just each other, not worrying about kids.

They brought us breakfast around 9am, which we should have asked for it earlier, because I was starving by that time. We had a ham and cheese melt thing, a cinnamon roll (that was yummy), a parfait, and drinks. When we finished that, we just relaxed for a bit and then got ready for the day and came home.

Thank you Dan for such a special night and for cheering me up when my day wasn't so good. You are such an amazing husband and I'm so lucky to be blessed with you in my life. (Thanks for picking me and not Aubrey. :) )I hope that you had just as good a time as I did! I love you more now than I did when we got married and I'm sure it will just keep growing.

My Man!!!

On June 11th, we will have been married for 4 years now. The time has gone by so incredibly fast. We have had so much fun together and I am so looking forward to having way more fun with him in the future. I am going to do a few blogs about us and to start, here is a tag thingy about us.

-How long have you been together-
We have been together for 4 1/2 years.
-How long did you date? -
Our first date was August 8th and we got engaged December 8th.
-Who eats more?-
Right now I do, but I have such a good excuse!!!
-Who said, "I Love You" first?
I knew that I loved him, but I was so chicken to tell him and have him run away. So I kept it to myself until he told me that he was falling in love with me!
-Who is taller?-
Dan is.
-Who has more speeding tickets?
If you are asking about on our records right now, Dan would be the one with more, but if you are asking about our whole lives, that would definitely be me.
-Who is smarter?-
Depends on the subject. We are both pretty equal. (Dan-'Is this in minutes or hours'?) I love you!
-Who is more sensitive?
Definitely me.
-Who does the laundry?
I do, but if I don't get it all done before I have to leave for work, Dan will try to help me out.
-Who cooks dinner?
Dan does. I will cook some on the weekends, but with my job at night, I don't get the opportunity. Dan is an excellent cook, so he is more than welcome to do it!
-Who does the dishes?
Dan does for the most part. Sometimes I will try to get to them before he can, but that doesn't happen alot.
-Who sleeps on the right?
Dan
-Who mows the lawn?
We rent, so no mowing for us. Our lawn sucks anyways!
-Who drives when you are together?
Of course Dan does. Every once in awhile I will, but for the most part, Dan.
-Who is more stubborn?
I would have to say that I am. It is a Robison thing.
-Who kissed whom first?
Dan kissed me first, but it took him long enough.
-Who proposed?
My Man
-Who has more siblings?
I have 5 and Dan has 4.
-Who gets excited more?
I do.
-Now take a minute and tell us why you love your hubby.
Dan is the best guy in the world. He treats me so incredibly good and he is absolutely the best dad to our kids. He is so funny and can make me laugh pretty much any time. He is very motivated and works extremely hard to provide for our family. He is spiritual, adventurous, crazy and exciting. He loves life!
I love you Dan, you are the BEST!

Memories

Just about every year from the time I was born til I graduated High School (sorry it has been so long Grandma!), I spent part of my summers in this house. I haven't been back since my Grandpa died 6 years ago.

Now my Grandma has decided to sell and I am sad to say that I will probably never go into the house again. She lives in Washington and I don't get the chance to get up that way very often. I have some AWESOME memories in that house.

This is kind of a funny picture--can you find me? It was so long ago. We seriously had so much fun together!

This is the last time the whole family got together before my Grandpa died. It was Thanksgiving 2001.

I am sad that this cute little house will not be in the family anymore, but at least I have the memories!

Quote of the Day

As I was folding laundry this morning, Scarlett says "Mommy, look a bubble"! When I look up at her she is pointing to her nose and the booger bubble that she had sneezed out.

Morgan's Wedding

We had such a good time on Saturday. We didn't get to Delta til late on Friday, but there wasn't much we could do since everything was going to be outside. Saturday was pretty crazy before everything started, we had TONS to do with not a lot of time to do it all. (I don't have pics of the cake or tables yet, but will get them later.)

The wedding started at 3pm (it was in the backyard) and then we had a lunchin at 4pm (at the church--which the food was delicious) and the reception started at 6pm (it was in the front yard). It was a beautiful day for an outside wedding. The wind didn't even blow, which is very rare for good old Delta. Everything turned out beautifully!

I can't believe that my baby sis has finally gotten married. Makes me feel old. Morgan, I love you so much and I hope that you make the most out of every day! Treat each other with respect and love and you will be happy! I love you!!!

My cute family!
