Holiday Fun

Another July 4th celebration has come and gone. We had a blast and every year it gets more fun. We went to Delta for the fabulous parade, fun in the park, and a yummy BBQ with some friends (my camera died during the parade, so no pics of the park or BBQ). After the BBQ we came home for some fireworks. We were able to go to the neighbors houses to see some awesome fireworks and the kids loved it.

These pics are kinda blurry, but the sparklers turned out pretty cool.

Some neighbors fireworks, I didn't get the 'big show'.

I really am SO very thankful for all the men and women that have served our nation. They are all hero's and deserve any and all respect that we can show them. They are the reason we have the freedoms that we enjoy. Let's try to keep those freedoms!

Reunion Fun

A couple of weeks ago we had our Robison Reunion up Oak City Canyon. There were a lot of deer, horses, roasted marshmallows, a horseshoe tournament (Shai and Cade won), games, activities, dam building, commercial making, yummy food, sick kids, and loads of fun!!! I didn't get a lot of pictures, because I was filming it. Here are a few pics that I had that I liked...

I'm glad everyone put up with all the craziness we planned!

Sassy

While shopping at Costco the other day, Jo Jo was holding the baby puffs and kept sneaking them toward the end of the trip. I kept telling her to stop eating them and when we finally got to the car we had this conversation:
"If you eat any more you are going to get in big trouble."
"If you are mean to me then I will eat some."
"Don't you dare" said with a look of warning.
As she is looking at me with her look of warning, "do you want me to eat them?"

I just started laughing. She is such a sassy little thing!

Family

Saturday we had my Grandpa's side of the family Robison reunion (next weekend is my immediate family Robison reunion.) It always amazes me at how many people I don't know after all these years. But it still is really fun. Rain dampened the day, which made for a cramped house. It is a good thing that mom and dad have a pretty decent sized house. There were people in almost every room. At the end of the day, it cleared up and got warm enough for Uncle Gary to launch his candy bomb. That thing is pretty cool. We also got to ride in Lon's 1921 Model T. Here are some pictures of the wonderful day.

Pretending to sleep.

Grammy is staying with my parents until Wednesday. It was nice to sit around and talk with her Saturday night and all of the day Sunday. She is such a funny lady and she always is saying something funny. I've been blessed to have her as my Grammy!

Here are some of just me and some cousins (that's right Kristi--just in case...)

I do want to say a late Happy Father's Day to my dad. He is such an amazing man and I have been so incredibly lucky to have him in my life. He is such a great example and I love him. I love you Dad!!!
I also want to say Happy Father's Day to my baby. He is such a great daddy to his kids and they love him dearly. They have so much fun playing with him when he comes home from work and they are always laughing so much.

Can it get any louder?

This video is kinda long (4 minutes) and it gets pretty loud and intense about the 2 minute mark, but I think it is so hilarious. I just love how my oldest ignores miss Z so well and then after Z has been yelling for awhile, Jo Jo tries to get Z to be quiet. This happens on a regular basis at our lovely abode and I literally just laugh in the background.

You don't need to watch it all, but at least watch until the yelling is over.

Oh the joys of three 3 year olds!!!!

Baby Shower

Jenna and I loaded up the girls on Saturday and headed down to Delta. We had a baby shower to attend. My baby sister, Morgan, is due in a month and 2 days. Well, Shai is also due that same day, but she has cute little Oakley and so this was Morgan's day.

The kids had a blast playing with each other and eating ice cream and we had a fun time visiting with everyone who attended. Morgan got some way cute outfits and a TON of blankets and Shai got a cute diaper bag.
It is really crazy that in a month or so I will have a new niece and nephew and my baby girl will be one. Crazy how fast time goes by!

5 Years and Going Strong

Yesterday was mine and Dan's 5 year anniversary. It really is pretty crazy that it has been five years. We have had some fun times. It was my turn to plan it this year and so I decided to have a campout in our backyard. I started on Sunday and gave Dan little notes every day with little gifts. Then on our anniversary I gave him one last note and the last of his gifts. I thought that my plan would be ruined because of the rain, but I was feeling adventerous and so during a break in the rain we hurried and set up the tent. We took a drive up the mountains and then went out to eat. Afterwards, the rain had stopped and so we started our fire and cooked up some smores. After we ate our smores, it started to rain a little bit, so we got into the tent and started the movie that we rented. It got a little bit chilly, but overall it wasn't too bad. Jenna and Dustin took our crazies for the night--thank you guys. It was so nice to have a fun and exciting night alone.

Dan, you are an amazing man and I am so lucky and blessed to have you in my life. You are so fun and I'm glad that you are always up for the little adventures that I have us do. I love you so incredibly much!
