30 Years!

March 16, 1979 is the year that my man, Dan, was born. It has been 30 years since then and I made sure that he had a memorable birthday. Saturday I took him to buy a shirt and then to get a massage. While he was getting his massage I went and starting decorating for his next surprise. When I picked him up, I blindfolded him and lead him to the party. His wonderful parents drove 10 hours to be there (Thank you guys!!!) and there were lots of other friends and family that came to surprise him. We had a BBQ and let the kids play on the playground. It was a fun time.








Monday (his birthday) we slept in, made breakfast, went out to eat with his parents and sister before they went home, went to Color Me Mine (I love that place), got rid of the kids for a bit to do some shopping and had another little get together with the Dobson's and Sarah with dinner, dessert and presents. It was a good day. I just hope that Dan had just as much fun. He didn't want me to make it a big deal because he was sad that he wasn't going to be in his 20's anymore, but how can you pass up your 30th birthday??
