Fun Easter Weekend

I finally was able to get my little girlies back!!! After a week without them, I was missing them pretty good. We went to Delta Friday night, so we could be there when they woke up on Saturday. When we went into their room they just kinda looked at us with a wierd look. It was like they didn't know what to do or to believe that we were there. It was pretty funny. When they finally got it into their heads that we were there they were excited. I love them so much!!!

Every year on Easter weekend, they have 10 cent hotdogs, 25 cent cotton candy and icecream. It is something that we look forward to every year. It was pretty chilly when we were standing in line (it is outside the grocery store), so when we got our icecream, we stood inside the store and ate it.

The girls absolutely love cotton candy. They were actually crying when we were going home, because they wanted to hold their own cotton candy, but they weren't allowed any until after lunch. It was pretty funny.

After naps, we hid eggs and had our easter egg hunt. The girls loved it. They were running so fast trying to get the eggs. It could have gone on all night and they would have been in heaven.

We had a hard time getting ready for church, but we made it a little bit late and then we left after the first meeting. The girls are sick and there was family at home that we wanted to hang out with. They wore dresses that Nana gave them for their birthdays. They call them their princess dresses. They look so beautiful!!!

We sat outside pretty much all of Sunday--it was a beautiful day--and played games and had another easter egg hunt. I actually got a little bit sunburnt on my arms, legs and neck. It was a wonderful easter!
