Family Reunion

We got to Delta Friday afternoon and headed straight for the res. The crazies had a blast in the water and we laid around enjoying the sun and cooler weather.

Saturday Dan and I had a sealing to go to in Bountiful and so we skipped out of the festivities and went on our way to watch my friend Marci and her hubby Mark get sealed. It was really special and I'm glad that we were able to go.

On the way home we stopped for lunch with Sarah. It was great to see her.

While we were gone, the rest of the family played on an giant inflatable waterslide. Obviously I don't have any pictures because I wasn't there, but I hear there were a lot of laughs and tears.

We had family pictures Saturday evening. My friend Missy (Xpressions Photography) drove down and took our pics. It was great to see her again. More of those pics to come.

After the pictures, we went back to the house and had a birthday party for all the July birthdays.

Morgan and Cody blessed their cute little man Sunday morning. Cody was able to do the blessing and it was really special to hear him do that.

Everyone left that afternoon, but we stayed until Monday.

It was a really fun weekend and I'm so grateful for my family.

It is never boring.

Reunion Time

Thursday we packed up and headed North. We got to Mesquite and took a break for awhile because I was having some good back pain. After eating and taking it easy we decided to come back home (just in case) and try again the next morning if nothing was going on. Friday morning we left and finally made it to our destination. When we got there we set up our tent and stuff, hung out for a while, and then we made some yummy pizza dinner thing.
We camped until Sunday and were very blessed to have some nice weather.

We had a lot of fun and I even hula hooped with my big fat belly. It is a lot harder than you might think.
Dan had some good relaxing time (which he needed).

It was really good to see everyone and I'm sad that it doesn't get to happen more often.

Fam Reunion

We left Thursday to go camping. I have been waiting for this all summer. It also helped the excitement that family was going to be there. When we got there only my dad was there, but soon people started to show up. Only the Robison's and the Lee's weren't able to make it.
We got all set up....

Of course my crazies got a little bit sick, so there were naps and a movie...




We also got to be in a awesome thunderstorm. It got pretty loud. It has been quite a while since I have heard one. Jo Jo was pretty scared, but the other kids slept right through it.
Dan left Saturday afternoon to come home, because he had to work. We stayed one more night and then we packed up with everyone and went to my parents to spend the week. It was a very fun reunion and I am so blessed to have the family that I have.
