Dan decided that we should go to Red Rock Canyon today even when I told him that it was cold and we should go another time. We didn't do much because it was cold, but it was a nice drive and it is always nice to see the beautiful earth.
We stopped at the visitors center and walked around there for a bit. Of course the crazies were scared of the big fat FAKE lizard in the middle of the floor, but I forced them to get on it. I grabbed Jo Jo to go sit on it and she was pretty tense until we were on top of it and she realized that nothing was going to happen.
Then I had to actually chase Annie down to get her on it.
Finally some nice people asked if they could take our picture of the whole family. Those don't happen too often!
Here are the crazies outside the center.
We found a picnic area, but the wind started blowing pretty good and it was cold, so we ate in the back of the Acadia. The crazies thought it was the funnest lunch they have had in a long time.
I can't wait to go back and actually hike some places.
